Kenya Reseller Sales Training
26th
June 2008
Held
at: Regus, Nairobi, Kenya.
AVG
Kenya's first Reseller sales training was held
successfully at the Regus conference centre in Nairobi
on the 26th of June 2008. The reseller applications were
overbooked and not all applied were able to be
accommodated BUT most were accommodate to attend.
The
initial setup and configuration was done within minutes
and both Mr Nikunj Shah and Mr Tomáš Vejmelka were
raring to go and make this a big success.
Conference room is setup and projection tested,
information pads and packs ready for all reseller staff
attending.
Some
final preparations before we begin and final adjustments
as well as notes to be read. Mr Tomáš Vejmelka busy with
these last minute tweaks - so that the training goes off
without any hitches (which it did).
Get set and here we go....
After
a brief introduction and welcome note from Mr Nikunj
Shah it was handed over to Mr Tomáš Vejmelka to start
the AVG Kenya Reseller Sales training.

We had lots of presentations to get through and at the
end of each was a short question and answers session to
clarify and issues that the trainees had with regards to
the various presentations.
As we had several sessions
and there was lots of information to get through some
breaks were required and good hearty refreshments were
provided by interactive Technology Limited to keep the
trainees going and on their toes.

The breaks were also a
nice time to meet with fellow resellers and discuss
various experiences encountered between each other with
clients and with AVG products used or supplied. It was a
time to absorb the information and think about the
practical applications of the same.
The
two big guns discussing the flow of things during
the break. We had a good turn out and many questions,
that were all answered satisfactorily, from resellers
who had queries from the field and from past sales
experiences with clients.
All went well and the reseller training was a great
success. We hope to see more resellers at the next
training and to make a bigger and better experience for
all.
